Called an uber. He drove right past me. Parked a mile away! He told me to walk so I verified the address. The address was correct! He refused to come so I canceled the ride. I got charged for the ride and now ever time I try to call customer service it immediately hangs up on me. I’m done with uber. It’s been nothing but a headache.

For the last 2 nights I’ve had a knock on my front door. Which is very rare. In both cases it was a male saying he was the uber driver I had requested. I have never used uber and don’t have the uber app in my phone. My house is well back off the street and rather secluded therefore I am somewhat security conscious. I tried to call uber but apparently uber is one of those corporations who can never be contacted directly by phone.
