No phone numbers get humans on the phone ever. support@uber.com (the address listed) rejects incoming emails. It is impossible to get any support to resolve an issue (and all I was trying to do was add a payment method so I could start using Uber). It turned out to be impossible to do, and since Uber doesn’t reply to emails or other requests for help, I guess they don’t want my business. And they certainly can’t have it if I can’t even pay them. Totally unimpressed with them before even being able to request a ride.
