Fed up and angry as I cannot contact P O F , phone numbers given are not recognised or not receiving calls. I opened an account with you in February but cancelled account again in March, this cancellation was acknowledged by P O F. Despite cancellation you have taken a further two payments from my bank account, one payment of 38.70p on 29th April then another payment of 38.70p on 29th June. This should not have been taken and I would like these two payments returned. Any further attempts to take money from my account have now been blocked by the bank. I have also been in contact with Debit card disputes, citizens advice and trading standards. All I am asking is that the money wrongfully taken should be returned to me!
This is regarding unwarranted payments x 2 of 38.70p for each payment. I wish to be reimbursed for these two payments. I no longer have my account no. But you must have this information to be continuing to take payments from my bank account.
