I will never, ever buy a Samsung Dryer.!!!!
I have been trying to get someone from Samsung to call me a, no reply. I have spoken to so many people from a Mr. Holland, Raven, Shawn, Robert, and Raphael. No one seems to care or call you with an answer.
This has to be the worse company ever. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . I keep faxing information no reply. Then I was told to call back to speak to a supervisor by the name of Raphael, NO SUCH LUCK!!! try calling back and getting the person you spoke to.

So I plugged my Samsung Galaxy S6 into my laptop to move some pictures from my cell to my laptop. I was forced to do an update before going forward. The update downloaded a Google virus that Samsung had discovered 2 years ago. The virus deleted my “Access Point Name” which is found in Settings under Mobile Networks. This caused several things in my phone to not work including my data- which effected my GPS, Google Search and more: texting- both sending and receiving photo’s: voice- calls not coming thru and Voice Messages coming in days late. Several pictures were deleted and several other malfunctions continue to not work. I contacted my provider and all Verizon wanted to do was sell me another phone. I spent hours in repair shops to no avail. When I called Samsung and described the problem, the tech knew exactly what the problem was and told me it was an issue they first discovered about 2 years ago but never corrected the issue because it was easier to send the customer to a repair shop. The Samsung tech directed me to “their partner, uBreakiFix” who also confirmed that this was an issue that was over 2 years old and sometimes they can repair the issues but many times they cannot. Of course this was a time it could not be repaired. They told me to call Samsung, tell them the issue and they should replace the phone. When I contacted Samsung, who by the way, I have used their cell phone products for about 30 years, I was told that I should have purchased their insurance/extended warranty policy for the phone. I was told that I could mail the phone in, I would get it back in 11 days and maybe they could repair it. Who can be without their cell phone now a days for 11 days? And if they could not repair it, sorry we gave you a virus but it’s really our partners Google’s fault , who by the way, you can’t get through to. So to review, I was forced to do an update and given a 2 year old virus that was never corrected, it’s pretty much destroyed my cell phone and the parties that destroyed my phone aren’t going to do anything about it. So tell me, why would I ever buy another Samsung Phone or any Samsung product for that matter? What kind of company forces you to do something, destroys your property and doesn’t bend over backwards to take care of a long time customer? And why would I not believe that this is something Samsung does to customers that would require them to buy another cell phone? Sounds like a racket to me. I’m a very unhappy past Samsung customer.
