    Rushcard customer services is the WORST service ever if you get through they can’t help you. But hey are here to tell you that they can’t help you. I have been calling for the past two hours today (9/28/16) and they have ignored all of calls. I only got through once out of the over 15 times I called just within the hour. Rushcard has the most TERRIBLE customer service compared to actual banks. At least you can go in person and complain. Rushcard reps just keep your number on hold and they choose not to pick up if they don’t want to deal with an angry customer which then makes people more angry. I hate Rushcard customer service. They are rude and don’t do the job they are supposed to do!!!!!!!!

I will be taking my money out and hope they try and keep mine…..that would be the wrong thing to do, because everyone will get paid!!!     THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO GET A PREPAID CARD FROM. I SIGNED UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT AND WHEN MY DIRECT DEPOSIT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT IT WAS NOT. WHEN I FINALLY GO THROUGH BECAUSE I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER I HAD TO ACT LIKE I GOT A NEW CARD. ONCE I DID THAT I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON.     This card is so lame!!! Funds are suppose. Post on the 26th of every month..if the post date falls on a sat or sunday. .you r left in lurch..It takes all day to access your funds. Even on the. 26th….All Day! Thats Ridiculious! My Friend. Have a rush card..not me..sometimes. I loan her money and need my funds back per schedule! Get it Together Rush or Go Home!
