That was “Fan” not dan…. sorry.

It’s a 52″ Harbor Breeze fan (Lowes said it might reference “Springfield”, but I don’t know what that means.

I have a harbor breeze 18in floor fan. I have two issues with it. It works but it does not ocsillate and the plastic fan nut that hold the fan on its spindle is wore out so its not secure anymore. Very noisy.

I am looking for a replacement arm for my Harbor Breeze Tilghman White Wicker 52 in fan. Can find replacement arms but they do not fit on the Tilghman White Wicker 52 in fan. Also need to replace a Harbor Breeze bathroom exhaust fan 80211, which seems impossible to find. Would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks

Typical customer service. I called he 800 number only to get their recording and wait in line. It had music on hold and something was wrong with the feature. The music wasn’t much but it screeched and faded in and out. They should pay customers for listening while holding. After my nerves had taken all they could, I hung up in hopes of sending an email. Fat chance, no email address to write to. Nor was there a U.S. Postal address that I could send a letter to. Customer and service when combined is an oxymoron where most American companies are concerned. They want your money and please don’t bother them further.
