My name is Mary C. Barton and you sent me aa email about CLOSED accounts on my credit report. I looked at all of them and any before 2017 were for paid off car loans-I never requested any of those closures. The closures of accounts in 2017/2918 and 2019 with Nationwide Bank was that they sold all their car loans and credit card holder and transferred all theses accounts to those sources- We were notified by aletter in the mail that this had been done and given no choice in the matter. It has taken POINTS ( up to 10 )from my credit report. What can be done to solve this?

tried like everyone else to log in but my phone number has changed. website says to log in and then go to security setting and change your number.. Well surprise CREDIT KARMA you cant get to the setting to change your phone number if you wont let us log in and Im pretty sure the person that has my old number is REALLY PISSED OFF that their phone keeps going off at 3am on Tuesday morning. Credit Karma used to be a great company to deal with but they really suck now. Hope they lose all of their customers and go under. My bad that is probably what has happened and they don’t have the backbone to admit to failure they would rather just screw everyone around.
