On April 10 I flew from Punta Gorda FL to Raleigh NC. My luggage was a few pounds over 40 and I was charged $50. I was a wheelchair passenger and added my heavy jacket so I wouldn’t have to carry it and it resulted in the slight overage. I believe the airline should have given me a break and the bag was only a $20 charge. I could have added another bag for $20. Please review the circumstances for a disabled senior citizen. Thank you in advance.
