    I’ve got a brand new phone from Assurance Wireless, the overall company is Sprint. Assurance customer service says to go to a Sprint store. I’ve run out of places to go, being disabled! No one will open the new phone sent to me, so I can put a battery in it and switch my assurance wireless service over to the new phone. I need help. This should’nt be so difficult to get done.
